*PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY*
Registration form must be filled out online. Please download, print, and fill out the additional forms and bring them with you to one of the in-person registration days. If you don’t have access to printing, we will have copies available at the in-person registration, but please read the forms carefully ahead of time.
Athletes must attend 3 out of the 4 clinic days during the week to tryout on Friday.

What You Will Need:
Completed online registration
Downloaded forms filled out and signed
Copy of athlete’s current grades
Copy of athlete’s birth certificate
$80 non-refundable registration fee: Cash or Venmo
$200 Volunteer Check for the season
*If your athlete makes the team, there will be a $200 deposit due on March 15th that goes towards uniform expenses. There will be a cost limit of $850.00 for the Mighty Mites, PeeWees, Junior, and Senior uniforms, including tax and shipping. At a minimum, the uniforms are to include a skirt, shell, body basics, socks, shoes, poms, bags, bows, lettering, etc. May include as part of total Warm-ups, and Camp Clothes. Camp Clothes has a limit of $150.00 max, if not included in the uniform's overall cost. Any outside acquisition or donation is included in the total limit allowed for the uniform cost. If they participate in competition, there will be an additional cost.
Age Brackets:
Mighty Mites: 12/1/17 - 8/31/2021
PeeWees: 12/1/15 - 12/31/18
Juniors: 12/1/14 - 12/31/16
Seniors: 12/1/11 - 12/31/14
*If your child’s birthday falls within the gray area, and they are in the 3rd, 5th, or 7th grade, they must move up to the next age division.
